Greetings and salutations Audi enthusiasts. Thank you for checking out another edition of Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights, and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find the Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it. Without further ado, here is this week’s listing overview.
There are nine one-owner cars this week, albeit most of them are newish cars and one is essentially brand new car with only about 300 miles on it. For car models, it’s R8s that have the majority this week with seven listings. The highlight is a 1 of 1 Teak Brown metallic R8 coupe just below. But there’s also the first iteration of the R8 GT in Spyder body style with its R tronic converted to manual operation. Then there are two R8 V10 in Performance spec, a Spyder and Coupe which is supercharged! Finally, there’s a twin-turbo R8 V10 Plus coupe. 2015 Audi R8 V10 Coupe (9,000 Miles)

Bid quickly and in record amounts, auction ends mid PM today! No Reserve. A one owner car in unique Teak Brown metallic with carbon-fiber Sigma side blades and an Audi Exclusive Black Optic Package. This is a 1 of 1 spec in MY15. The interior has a full fine Nappa leather package with Nougat Brown stitching, Carbon Sigma trim, B&O sound, and an Alcantara headliner. The 5.2L V10 is Audi rated at 525HP/391 lb-ft and spins a gated 6-speed manual. Naturally the Carfax report is clean.
2007 Audi S8 (69,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late-mid PM today! Another V10 but this one is in a ‘practical’ sedan. This 5.2L V10 has run APR engine management software since January 2018, had valve cover gaskets replaced in 2021, and carbon deposits removed from the intake valves in January 2024. It also has “a modified exhaust system.” The exterior is Brilliant Black, the black interior features two-tone black/silver seats, carbon fiber trim, and optional B&O sound. Carfax reports very minor damage in February 2018 but no further details.
2023 Audi R8 Performance Spyder RWD (300 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late PM today! Flip, flop, or insurance cost shock? Either way an essentially brand new car is up for auction. The exterior is Kemora Gray metallic with a Carbon Package and a black soft top. The black interior has Nappa leather seats with Ara Blue stitching and Carbon Sigma high-gloss trim. The window sticker lists the rest of the details and the pictures could be much better. But the car does have a 5.2L V10 (562HP/406 lb-ft) and a 7-speed S tronic to rotate the back wheels in an expedient manner. How could you go wrong?
2007 Audi RS 4 (140,000 Miles)

A bone-stock RS 4 on offer here. Phantom Black pearl on the outside, black as well on the inside with Silk Nappa leather Recaro Sport seats, carbon fiber trim, and Bose sound. The OEM drivetrain is a 4.2L V8 Audi rated at 420HP/317 lb-ft and a 6-speed manual. It’s equipped with Dynamic Ride Control. Although Carfax reports no accidents, the seller reports evidence of past body work on the driver’s side rear quarter panel and that some cracks are present in the paint and panel filler (see pictures).

No Reserve. This little fun machine is finished in Brilliant Black with a black soft top over a driver-focused black/gray interior with Aviator Gray leather seats and aluminum trim. The turbocharged 1.8L I4 is Audi rated at 225HP/207 lb-ft and links with a 6-speed manual. Carfax confirms this is a one-owner car with no accidents or damage.
2021 Audi RS 5 Coupe (40,000 Miles)

This coupe has a Black Optic Launch Edition Package to go with the Daytona Gray pearl paint. The 2.9L twin-turbo V6 under the hood is factory rated at 444HP/442 lb-ft and turns an 8-speed Tiptronic and Sport diff. Carfax reports no accidents or damage and the Lemon Squad inspection report finds only light scratches consistent with the mileage.

Outside it’s Pearlescent White Clearcoat, inside there are Sabre Black leather seats, wood trim, Alcantara door panel inserts, Bose sound, an Audi Symphony CD/cassette stereo, and a trunk-mounted 6-disc CD changer. 2021 Audi R8 V10 Spyder RWD (2,000 Miles)

Another non-quattro R8 Spyder and this one has just a few more miles on it. It’s finished in Mythos Black metallic with a black soft top over an interior featuring a diamond stitch leather package with Vegas Yellow stitching. There are carbon fiber packages inside and out as well. The 5.2L V10 in this spec is rated at 532HP/398 lb-ft and connects to a 7-speed S tronic. A clean Carfax report too.
2012 Audi R8 GT Spyder (36,000 Miles)

Say hello to #78 of the 333 GTs produced in MY12. This example is enhanced. Not only does the 5.2L V10 run VF Engineering ECU tune, it exhales through a somewhat handicapped Capristo valved exhaust. The 6-speed R tronic transaxle was converted to manual operation by Third Pedal LLC in Hoover, Alabama, in September 2023. According to the window sticker, the Daytona Gray pearl was an Audi Exclusive color on the GT. The black interior has leather/Alcantara seats with Crimson Red stitching, matte carbon fiber trim, and optional B&O sound but the AM/FM radio doesn’t work. The Carfax report is clean though.
2018 Audi R8 V10 Coupe RWS (25,000 Miles)

It’s another limited edition and rear wheel drive-only version of Audi’s halo car. This is one of 999 worldwide/320 for our market. Ibis White is one of the three colors these came in; the interior has Express Red leather 18-way seats, door panels and center console, Carbon Sigma high-gloss trim, B&O sound, and aftermarket carbon fiber steering wheel shift paddle extensions. The 5.2L V10 is factory rated at 540HP/398 lb-ft and energizes a 7-speed S tronic to rotate the back wheels. One of the three previous owners must have removed the Misano Red RWS strip decals listed on the window sticker. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2021 Audi TTS Coupe (25,000 Miles)

The turbocharged 2.0L I4 is Audi rated at 288HP/280 lb-ft and spins a 7-speed S tronic and Haldex drive system. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet (8,000 Miles)

The B9 generation S5 switched from a supercharged to a turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine (354HP/369 lb-ft) and to an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission. This one’s exterior is Glacier White metallic with a black soft top over a black interior with Magma Red seats, Navigation package, and Carbon Atlas trim. It’s also optioned with an S Sport package. Carfax reports one-owner and no accidents or damage, but those are the original tires with 2017 date codes.

This long roof is finished in stately Daytona Gray pearl with a Carbon Optics Package over an interior that has black heated and ventilated Valcona leather seats with red honeycomb-patterned stitching, carbon fiber trim, a head-up display, and B&O Premium 3D sound. Under the hood lies a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 with 48-volt mild-hybrid system (590HP/591 lb-ft) that pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2014 Audi RS 5 Coupe (56,000 Miles)

This Audi Sport product is painted Panther Black Crystal Effect so it has a purple hue in sunlight. That’s over a black interior with Fine Nappa leather seats, Audi MMI Navigation Plus and Driver Assist packages, and carbon fiber trim. The 4.2L V8 (450HP/317 lb-ft) exhales through a sport exhaust and spins a 7-speed S tronic. Mods include an ECS Tuning X-pipe, tinted windows, and carbon fiber paddle shifter extenders. Carfax reports minor damage to the right side, right front, and right rear in October 2016. The seller reports his neighbor backed into it and damaged the front fender during his ownership. There’s also a Lemon Squad inspection report. (Please excuse the typo in the picture’s caption, this is a MY14 car.)

The exterior color is listed as black (Brilliant?). The 3.0L turbodiesel V6 is factory rated at 240HP/406 lb-ft and mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic.

2020 Audi R8 V10 Performance Coupe (12,000 Miles)

Someone thought the 5.2L V10 in performance spec needed more horsepower so an MTM supercharger kit was added to this Ibis White coupe. Luckily there are carbon ceramic brakes to whoa you down. The black interior has sport seats with Express Red stitching, carbon fiber trim, and an aftermarket yoke for a steering wheel. Other mods include 20” Vossen wheels, a lowered suspension system, and tinted windows. The Carfax report is clean but I don’t know what to make of the fact this car has been for sale and through multiple hands since December 2021 but mostly since December 2022.
2023 Audi S5 Coupe (4,000 Miles)

Someone just dropped a lot of coin on mods only to want to sell their very new Daytona Gray pearl over black/Magma Red coupe. Those mods: ECS Tuning carbon fiber air intake system and big bore turbo inlet pipe, CTS Turbo charge pipe kit, APR intercooler, AWE sport exhaust system, 20” Touren TR92 alloy wheels, H&R adjustable lowering springs, and H&R wheel spacers. Factory options on this Premium Plus trim-level car are S Sport, Black Optic Plus, Navigation packages, Dynamic steering, Fine Nappa leather seats, Sport exhaust resonator, and black roof. The Carfax is clean.
2017 Audi A4 Allroad (89,000 Miles)

This long roof has the great color combo of Gotland Green metallic over Nougat Brown and 18” BBS XR wheels in a bronze finish to enhance the look. 2017 Audi R8 V10 Plus Coupe (10,000 Miles)

The Mythos Black metallic with Carbon Sigma side blades and tinted window exterior is eye-catching, but the blue painted brake calipers are a tip to what’s under the rear glass. A Boost Logic twin-turbo kit was added to the 5.2L V10 in 2022 with blue-painted intercooler, compressor housings, and MAF tubes. Please read the listing for the rest of the engine mods and outrageous horsepower numbers. The superpower flows to a 7-speed S tronic modified with a Dodson Motorsports Promax clutch and AMS Performance tune. The Carfax report is clean.
