Happy but cold New Year fellow Audi enthusiasts! Do you find yourself searching through the internet’s multiple car auction sites looking for a specific model? While it can be fun, it does consume valuable time you could spend planning all your Audi Club adventures for the coming year. So let us do some of the work for you. Auction Watch monitors online auction sites for Audi models worthy of your bids. Each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights, and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find the Audi you’re looking for in time to bid on it.
While there is a nice R8 Plus this week, I’m calling this performance Avant week. We have a practically new RS 6 Avant and an RS 2 Avant that may still rev with a French accent. If you’re looking for something a bit out of the ordinary, how about a Q5 setup for off-road action or some garage décor—there’s a lighted Audi sign that may interest you. 2023 Audi RS 6 Avant (1,000 Miles)

This long roof is Mythos Black metallic with an optional Appearance Package in Carbon and Gloss Black. The black interior has Valcona leather seats, Express Red stitching, and decorative carbon twill structure inlays. A twin-turbo 4.0L V8 delivers up to 591HP/590 lb-ft through an 8-speed Tiptronic to all four wheels. The clean but slightly confusing Carfax shows this is a Canadian-spec car.
1996 Audi RS 2 Avant (167,000 Kilometers)

This import was acquired by the selling dealer out of France in August 2020. It’s finished in silver over a black interior with leather Recaro sport seats, carbon fiber trim, and an Audi-branded Blaupunkt Gamma cassette stereo. The drivetrain is a turbocharged 20-valve ADU 2.2L I5 mated to a 6-speed manual transaxle with a Torsen center differential and a locking rear differential. 2017 Audi TTS Coupe (17,000 Miles)

A turbocharged 2.0L I4, factory rated at 292HP/280 lb-ft, spins a 6-speed S tronic in this little coupe. The exterior is Florett Silver metallic, the black driver-focused cabin has Rotor Gray Nappa leather seats with diamond-stitched inserts, other options include Technology, B&O sound, and 20″ Wheel packages. Carfax reports no accidents or damage but also only one service, check the comments section for answered questions on that.
2018 Audi R8 V10 Plus Coupe (4,000 Miles)

Listed as gray (Daytona probably), this coupe’s exterior is covered in carbon fiber bits. The interior is likewise loaded with carbon fiber trim and red Nappa leather seats, door panels and center console. The 5.2L V10 in Plus spec is factory rated at 610HP/413 lb-ft, a sport exhaust is standard along with carbon fiber engine bay trim. A 7-speed S tronic controls the quattro drive. The Carfax report is clean.

As seen in yesterday’s Find of the Day, this single-sided sign measures approximately 74″ wide by 26″ tall, and its translucent white and blue panel is housed within a metal enclosure. It weighs about 45 pounds. Internal illumination is provided by fluorescent bulbs and it’s wired for 120-volt circuitry and equipped with a two-prong power cord. There are pre-drilled mounting holes on the back of the enclosure.
2013 Audi Q5 3.0T (132,000 Miles)

It started as a Prestige trim level, supercharged 3.0L V6-equipped daily-driver but now looks ready for fast off-road adventures. Riding on 18” Black Rhino wheels, mod highlights include an IE ECU Stage 2+ dual pulley tune, an IE TCU tune, a CTS Turbo intake, a Merc Racing high-capacity heat exchanger, a custom exhaust, and H&R lift springs. 2007 Audi S4 Cabriolet (39,000 Miles)

This car previously sold on BaT in February 2023 for $20,750, please see the listing for the service done just before and since the sale. The exterior color is listed as gray and under its black soft top are light gray leather seats with black piping, wood trim, Bose audio, and an Alpine touchscreen head unit with a rearview camera and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability installed in April 2023. The 4.2L V8 (340HP/302 lb-ft) mates to a 6-speed Tiptronic. The clean Carfax report says it’s a two-owner California car.
2007 Audi RS 4 (115,000 Miles)

The 4.2L V8 in this Sprint Blue fast sedan is modified with 034Motorsport intake flap arms, JHM oil cooler lines and intake manifold spacers, a silicone intake hose, K&N air filter, APR engine management software, Audi R8-sourced ignition coils, and Milltek exhaust. It had carbon cleaning done in May 2017. The 6-speed manual is worked via a JHM short shifter that you’ll use while seated in a bright interior on a black-piped Silver leather Recaro seat surrounded by Bose sound that apparently whines. The seller states the Carfax-reported damage in June 2016 was caused by a softball that was fixed using paintless dent repair.
