The redesigned 2021 Audi RS 5 Coupe and Sportback is offering another great opportunity for Audi enthusiasts to individualize their car with high quality ABT parts. It’s already a powerhouse from the factory with 444 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque, but ABT pumps up the performance of up to approx. 503 hp and 501 lb-ft (based on 93 octane fuel)*. The ABT power upgrade consists of the signature ABT engine control unit (AEC) that offers a safe and reliable power increase. Also part of the performance package is an additional water radiator kit and air inlet cover. The supported cooling improves thermal stability and ensures a steady performance.
On the visual side the ABT wheelhouse ventilation with carbon fin alludes to the power hidden in the engine compartment of the thus refined RS 5. A small but excellent trim detail is the fender badge in glossy carbon fiber that enhances the sleek lines of the RS 5. The ABT exterior style upgrade is topped off with a carbon fiber rear spoiler, available for both Coupe and Sportback.
The 20” ABT GR alloy wheels with their 10 spokes and concave rim base look especially good on the RS 5 Coupe and Sportback. The glossy black finish with diamond polished lip and matt black finish with diamond-polished surface provide a terrific contrast to any of the available exterior colors from Audi. When upgrading to new wheels you also want to make sure to improve driving dynamics and ABT has the right products available. Height adjustable suspensions springs that lower the sports car by approx. 0.9 inches are good for the everyday drive whereas coilovers that are pressure and rebound adjustable and can be lowered up to 1.3 inches cater to the more race oriented drivers. Anti-roll bars further improve handling by reducing roll and counteracting understeer.
ABT is always looking at a car in its entirety so besides power, aerodynamic and suspension upgrades and new wheels car owners can also enhance the interior. Carbon fiber coated seat covers and dashboard side covers, a carbon fiber/leather shift knob cover and full carbon fiber seat shells allows the 2021 RS 5 Coupe and Sportback to be driven in style.
