Max Verstappen Spotted in Monaco Driving an ABT Audi RS 6 Avant

Max Verstappen doesn’t always drive an Audi, but when he does it’s an ABT Audi RS 6 Avant. A reel recently posted on the velvoriya Instagram account shows the 4-time Formula 1 World Champion in Monaco with his family getting out of his ABT Audi RS 6 Avant.

Verstappen, his partner Kelly Piquet and their daughter were spotted pulling up to the Hotel de Paris for a family outing. Verstappen has the means, access and talent to drive just about any vehicle on the planet. However, when it comes time for daddy duties, he chooses the Audi RS 6 Avant.

Of course, this being Verstappen, a ‘regular’ RS 6 Avant just won’t do. He is behind the wheel of an ABT RS 6 Avant that is pushing out over 700 horsepower. It might not be as quick as his Formula 1 car, but it is plenty for the streets of Monaco.

This isn’t the first time that the Formula 1 legend has been spotted in his ABT Audi RS 6 Avant. A couple of months ago on the monaco_luxurystyle Instagram page, he was spotted tooling around town in the same car. In this clip you can clearly see him driving the powerful wagon. This is probably the best celebrity endorsement that Audi could hope for.

The Audi F1 team has clearly stated in the past that they would love to have Verstappen drive for them when his Red Bull contract expires. Clearly the Dutchman is already a fan of the brand. We will just have to wait and see if anything ever materializes. In the meantime, when he needs to take his family out for the day, the trusty ABT RS 6 Avant is the ride of choice.
