Well race fans, it is starting to get real now. Audi has announced the official name for their F1 Team. That name is Audi Revolut F1 Team. That name should not come as a major shock as Revolut was named as the title partner back in July. Also, part of the name announcement was that the Audi Revolut F1 Team race livery will be revealed on January 20, 2026, in Berlin. That is just 35 days away for those keeping count.

Audi’s partnership with Revolut is central to the F1 team’s identity, aligning shared goals of innovation, performance, and global reach. Going beyond traditional sponsorship, the alliance focuses on new fan engagement through exclusive experiences and app-based benefits, while also integrating Revolut’s financial services into the team’s operations and online store.

The Audi Revolut F1 Team will unveil its full identity of the Audi R26 Concept that was revealed last month. And the unveiling will be more than simply lifting the cover off the car. It is designed to be an immersive experience, highlighting the brand’s focus on clarity, technical intelligence, and emotion. On January 21, there will be a public opening, allowing fans to be part of the inaugural moment.

As part of the formation of the Audi Revolut F1 Team, Sauber Motorsport AG will be renamed Audi Motorsport AG. The team’s Technology Centre in Bicester, UK will also be renamed Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK. The company honors its past by keeping the name of Sauber Holding AG and Sauber Technologies AG.

It provides a banner under which we all unite as we build towards 2026. This is a crucial milestone that energizes the entire project and makes our long-term ambition tangible for everyone involved,” said Jonathan Wheatley, Team Principal of the Audi Revolut F1 Team.

In just over a month, we will get to see the R26 in full race trim. And about 6 weeks later, it will be racing in Australia. Let’s go!
