The Dubai Police recently announced that they have added a new Audi RS 7 performance to their legendary fleet of exotic patrol vehicles.

When it comes to patrol vehicles, the Dubai Police want for nothing. Their fleet already contains illustrious machinery such as the Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Aventador and Aston Martin One-77. A couple of years ago they announced that they were adding a pair of Audi R8 V10 Coupes to their lineup.

Now they are turning to Audi once again. This time they are adding something that is more spacious and even more powerful than the R8. A brand-new RS 7 performance will now be strengthening the police presence in key tourist destinations in the famed city.

The unveiling ceremony took place at Dubai’s Museum of the Future, led by His Excellency Major General Eid Muhammad Thani, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, alongside Major General Rashid Al Falasi, Director of the General Department of Transport and Rescue. Representatives from Al Nabooda Automobiles, including Jan Scheidgen, General Manager of Audi – Al Nabooda Automobiles were also in attendance.

In America, it is a big deal if the state police get their hands on a Ford Mustang GT. The Audi RS 7 performance is a whole different animal. It can not only carry four passengers, but thanks to 621 horsepower, it can carry them very rapidly.

“Our partnership with Dubai Police, particularly the Tourism Police Department, is built on ambition and mutual trust. With the addition of the Audi RS 7 to the fleet, we are proud to support a vision that prioritizes high performance and excellence,” said K. Rajaram, CEO of Al Nabooda Automobiles.

High performance and excellence certainly describe the RS 7 performance. It will fit right in with the most impressive fleet of luxury patrol cars in the world. We have just one question. How do you apply to be a member of the Dubai Police force?
