How to get involved with Audi Club FAQ

How do I get involved with my chapter?

Getting involved with your chapter is a great way to connect with the Audi community, enjoy unique experiences, and share your enthusiasm for the brand. Here’s how you can start:

  • Visit Your Local Chapter Page: Each of ACNA’s 32 chapters is governed by a volunteer board. Check the Chapter Page on the Audi Club website to find your local chapter’s contact information and learn about specific volunteer opportunities.
  • Join Chapter Events: Attend social gatherings, driving experiences, and tech sessions to meet fellow members and get connected.
  • Reach Out to Your Local Chapter: Contact your chapter to learn about opportunities to assist with events, membership, marketing, and communications.
What are the volunteer opportunities at the chapter level?

Chapters rely on passionate volunteers to create a vibrant community and deliver engaging experiences for members. Here are some of the ways you can contribute:

  1. Join the Board of Directors: Each chapter typically holds annual elections for three seats on its Board of Directors. Board members play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the chapter, including:
    • Strategic Planning: Setting goals and priorites for the chapter’s growth and activities
    • Event Planning and Oversight: Planning and guiding the development of events such as educational driving experiences, social gatherings, and technical workshops.
    • Financial Management: Ensuring the chapter operates within budget and applying for incentives through ACNA.
    • Community Building: Engaging with members, fostering relationships, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Serving on the board is a rewarding way to support your chapter’s success and leave a lasting impact for your fellow members.

  1. Participate in Committees: If you prefer to focus on specific areas of interest, consider joining one of your chapter’s committees. Common committees include:
    • Membership: Assisting with member outreach, retention, and welcoming new members.
    • Events: Helping plan, organize, and execute a wide range of activities, from casual meetups to large driving events.
    • Marketing: Promoting the chapter’s events and initiatives through social media, email, and other channels.

Chapters often have unique needs, such as fundraising/sponsorship development or administrative support. There’s always a way to contribute based on your skills and interests.

To get started, visit your chapter’s page on the Audi Club website for contact information and learn more about how you can get involved.

  • Support for Chapters: Guiding and providing resources for regional chapters to thrive.
  • Promoting Growth: Exploring opportunities to expand membership, develop partnerships, and increase visibility.

The call for nominations goes out in late spring/early summer. Information about the process is emailed to all members and posted on the website.

  1. Contribute to Standing Committees: ACNA has several standing committees that focus on specific areas of the club’s operations. Joining a committee is a great way to make a focused impact. Key committees include:
    • Editorial: Overseeing content creation for quattro Magazine, newsletters, and the website, ensuring high-quality, engaging materials for members.
    • Finance: Reviewing the club’s annual budget and recommending financial procedures to safeguard the club’s financial health.
