Audi e-tron endurance experience: the legacy of #A2E

Launched in 2011, the Audi endurance experience (#A2E) offered members of the “myAudi” loyalty program to transform themselves into racing drivers, thus embodying the slogan “competition flows through our veins”. This annual event, which has already attracted 2,895 drivers in 6 years, including customers, prospects, media, and influencers, offered an authentic endurance competition on an FFSA-licensed circuit, exclusively reserved for amateurs. With varied qualifications and finals, such as the 24 Hours at Le Castellet and ice events in Lapland, #A2E provides a complete racing experience with vehicle, maintenance, equipment, FFSA license, and the supervision of a Team Manager. Feedback from participants showed high satisfaction and a notable impact on purchase intentions and sales, consolidating #A2E as an experiential marketing initiative that strengthens Audi’s customer engagement and image in motorsport. After preparing 30 Audi A1 and then 30 Audi A3 with specific equipment in partnership with Oreca, Audi France is evolving towards a 100% electric format with its GT from the e-tron range: the Audi e-tron GT.

This loyalty program brings the Audi community together around “money can’t buy” events, strengthening common values and commitment to the brand. In 2023, the myAudi program proposed 25 events (sports, gastronomic and hotel, artistic and cultural, or moments created by the brand) bringing together several hundred customers in the field of art and culture, to which are added the “Audi driving experience”, days of driving on a circuit or road tests, driving the most exclusive models in the range. Among them, Canneseries, VivaTech, the e-tron GT drive or the Forum Design Miami/Paris.

The Audi e-tron endurance experience event is part of Audi’s strategy to offer an exceptional customer experience through the myAudi program.
