End: Collings Foundation, 137 Barton Rd., Stow, MA 01775
The day starts at Alpha Cars with a leisurely 45 mile drive over scenic roads in the Central Massachusetts area, followed by a “bring-your-own” picnic on the grounds of the Collings Foundation facility, and concluding with a guided tour of the Foundation’s vintage aviation, armor and automobile collection. You may attend just the facility picnic/tour if you wish, but the fees are the same. Aside from picnic supplies, you may want to bring a blanket or folding chairs, and be prepared for sun. Indoor tables and chairs are available, so the event is on rain or shine.
