Hello fellow Audi enthusiasts and club members. I am happy to report more progress we collectively have made this past Spring. Audi Club and Audi of America continue to partner in Kundenbegeisterung program— creating Audi fans. In the second half of the year, we will be working to build closer relationships with Audi dealers across the country.
Audi Club ambassadors and Audi Club chapter leaders are joining forces in offering Audi Club social events at dealers. The purpose of the club social events at the dealers is to transform dealers from just a place to buy and service cars into Audi owners and enthusiast community centers, where we can share our passion for the brand and technologies with like-minded people.
Saturday Coffee and Cars event at quattro Cafe may feature Audi’s latest technology clinic where Audi Club ambassadors and club members help new owners understand the different technology features and advantages that go into Audi cars. Other sessions may include discussions about physics of tire patches (load changes during acceleration, deceleration, and cornering), how tire friction changes on different kinds of surfaces, and how quattro and FrontTrak technologies provide unparalleled advantages. During the race season, we may get together to watch live broadcast viewing of Intercontinental Le Mans or GT1 World races. In addition to enjoying educational and fun activities at the neighborhood dealers, we will have a change to learn about other exciting activities that Audi Club offers in the region: fun drives, community involvement, teen clinics, performance driving, premier Audi events, and many more.
To make this endeavor successful, Audi of America is creating multimedia communication elements introducing Audi Club and the benefits of working with regional Chapters to its dealer network. Audi Club membership has been proven to increase brand loyalty by turning new Audi owners into Audi enthusiasts. Similarly, Audi Club Chapter and national leaders have been working very hard towards the unified Audi Club experience to create a consistent experience across the U.S.
We have been sharing our best practices in planning and hosting events, coaching each other on business development skills, and improving our communication infrastructure and procedures.
We thank Audi Club Chapter and national leaders and office staff who spend many hours on developing, reviewing, redoing various program proposals and business plans till we all are satisfied. We’re extremely grateful to of Audi of America for its support and involvement in our club growth.
